		<description>When it&#039;s 4 to the 3rd power the number is greater than 4x3 because in an exponet you would mutilply 4 3 times. In just a multiplacation it would just be 4x3 and add 4 together 3 times. An exponet would be 4x4x4. In that you would multiply the first two fours and that would equal 16 and that is already a larger number. Then you would multiply 16x4 and your final product would be 64.</description>

		<description>I think exponents are a lot easier than multiplication!!:)  It is a higher number because  4x3=12 is not the right answer . Then you would times 4x4=16 then times 16x4=64 and that is a higher number than 12. So this is what 4^3 means!:)</description>
